Karen Gorham - Many congratulations to our Archdeacon Karen
Gorham on her appointment as the next Bishop of Sherborne. We are delighted that Karen will be taking
the Family Holy Communion in Long Crendon on Christmas Day.
Sunday 6th December
Rock Solid Christmas Party – We will meet at 5-7pm (NB change of time for this Sunday
only), directly after the Christingle service in Chearsley. Please bring some party food.
Saturday 12th
December – switch on of the Christmas Tree lights on Chearsley village
green. Come and enjoy the traditional
start to Christmas in Chearsley.
Benefice singers -
Sunday 20th December Nine Lessons and Carols Service, Long Crendon, at
6pm. The Benefice Choir would love to
have more adult and child members.
Rehearsals will be held at 7:30pm on Tuesdays 1st, 8th and 15th
December. No need to be able to read
music to join - the main requirement is that you enjoy singing. So come along and have fun! Please contact Chris Mundy
